CHALLENGE
QB sought to expand its e-commerce presence while maintaining its superiority in providing information and support for the no.1 brain health supplement. I spearheaded the design, build, and optimization of their e-commerce platform. Our goals included creating an engaging user interface (UI), ensuring a seamless user experience (UX), optimizing for accessibility, brand education, and consumer interaction, and driving a significant sales increase.
